Package Includes:
  • Web site and Email hosting
  • Web site updating (1/2 hour per month)
  • Remote Data Backup with 5 GB total storage per month.
  • 1.5 hours Domain Administration (i.e. moves, adds, and changes, security, backup tracking, network troubleshooting)
  • 3 hours of Help Desk phone support and (remote control services where applicable).
  • 8 hours on-site support (Emergency calls and regular general maintenance).
  • Company wide network asset control document (hardware, software, technical information).
  • Help Desk and incident tracking system.
A disaster recovery plan will be developed with approval from management, cost will be discussed.
